Kevin has joined Lumicom as Operations and Business Development Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Lumicom Collection services as well as to grow our collection regime. Kevin has been working within the logistics industry since 2005 and looks after the day to day running of the Lumicom Fleet.
Kevin joined Marwood Electrical Co. in June 2014 as Operations Coordinator to run the day to day Lumicom Operations, part of this role includes ensuring full fleet compliance is undertaken, ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met and adhered to, dealing with clients, Managing staff and their development, managing vehicle routing, ensuring Fleet Maintenance is carried out to the highest standard and dealing with any day to day Operational issues that may arise.
Previously Kevin was a Transport Controller for a National drinks Distributor for the Brewery Industry, supplying alcohol to pubs, restaurants, bars, clubs etc across London and the South East region, during the course of this time is where he gained his knowledge of the Transport/ logistics Industry.
In October 2017, Kevin completed his NVQ in Commercial Vehicle Fleet Management along with his International Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence with the Freight Transport Association.
