Kirstin joined The LIA just over 3 years ago, coming from the recruitment industry. Kirstin has several years’ experience within customer relations and sales.

Kirstin created the Support Hub within the LIA, with the focus of providing more direct support for members, before moving into her current role as Customer Relationship Manager for Lumicom. As Customer Relationship Manager, Kirstin is responsible for engaging with existing members, building relationships, liaising with new members and sales.

Kirstin completed her studies in South Africa, where she is originally from and is currently working towards a Project Management qualification.
